Various ideas were tried and provided free for a time. Website encryption provided a means of securing an entire website without the need for SSL. A "Secret Message" service provided for an E-Card like program that could deliver encrypted messages. All of the encryption mechanisms used a proprietary "secret key" form of encryption which required trusted individuals to have shared a common password.

Today Javacrypt.com has evolved into a repository of information and coding examples. Most of the information available to the public can be found elsewhere on the web. Some more advanced and/or dangerous coding examples and articles will be available to registered users. Finally other material will be available to select users/customers who gain access to private areas.

The Javacrypt.com website is an evolving project, as material is converted or modernized from the old Javacrypt.com websites it will be added to the new Tiki site. Also new material in the form of articles and coding examples will be provided as it becomes available.
